Cancellation Policy: For rentals of three or fewer units, there will be 10% deposit due at the time of the reservation. The deposit (less a $10 fee) will be refunded for any cancellation made with more than 30 days notice. Full payment will be due for any cancellation made with less than 7 days notice.
