Wildflower Festival
The
Kingsland Chamber of Commerce is
sponsoring its First Annual Wildflower Festival on April 30th and May 1st. As
you probably know, there is nowhere where the wildflowers are more beautiful
than in the Texas Hill Country. Kingsland being a small town on lake LBJ, right
in the center of the Hill Country has beautiful Wildflowers. Our festival will
be held primarily at Kingsland Community Park (formerly Lions Park) between 9:00
AM and 5:00 PM. There will be vendor booths, activities for children, horseshoe
pitching, washer toss, a tournament for "42" dominoes, a baking contest, an
auction of baked goods, and much more. There will also be a 5K Fitness Challenge
at the Kingsland Fitness Center. We would love for you to join in the fun.
