Rio Vista Resort

All of our two bedroom villas were build in 2000 and 2001 and have been beautifully maintained. Some have one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a sofa bed. These units have porches and balconies with lovely lake views. They have comfortable living areas, dining areas, full kitchens and tile floors. Others have two queen bedrooms. These units have living areas, dining areas, full kitchens, bar stools and patios with spectacular lake views. They are all located about 200 feet from the open waters of beautiful, constant level Lake LBJ.

They have all the amenities you would expect from the finest resort, including hair dryers, dishwashers, full refrigerators and ovens. You'll find them decorated with crystal chandeliers, wall sconces and other unique decorator items. As well as being located close to the lake, they are also conveniently located by the recreation room and the pool.

There are eight of these units. The Sweden has a light, airy feel, the Spain a traditional rich European theme, the Louisiana has a fun Mardi Gras motif, while the Oklahoma has a dark southwestern decor. The Texas is decorated in a rustic ranch style, the Arizona is decorated in a light southwestern style, the Alsace has a French Country theme, and finally the Pennsylvania has a more traditional look. All are beautiful.
