Rio Vista Resort

Our three bedroom villas, the Italy and the Virginia were built in 2001, and they are spectacular. They have two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom with two sets of trundle beds. There are two full baths,  a full kitchen, a bar with barstools, dining and living areas. 

Both have a patio with a great view of the prettiest part of the lake. They are located about 200 feet from beautiful, constant level Lake LBJ, and like all of our villas, they have linens, kitchen supplies and all the amenities you would expect in the finest rental units, including hair dryers and full size kitchen appliances.

 The Italy has a real old world flavor with crystal chandeliers, powerful artwork, comfortable furniture and rich colors. The Virgina furniture has a country feel with muted colors and very comfortable furnitue. Anyone could make either unit their home for life. They are close to all of the amenities of the resort.
