Rio Vista Resort

The Santa Fe Lake House, added to our list of lake houses in March, 2012, is located next door to the San Antonio, which is right next to our other houses and adjacent to the resort. It provides the perfect balance of privacy and access to our amenities: heated swimming pool, recreation room, boat lifts, fishing pier, etc. And, the Santa Fe has a boat house/jet ski ramp with a large deck on top overlooking beautiful lake LBJ.

The house itself is quite comfortable with a large kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths, living and dining rooms, and a bonus area. The kitchen has everything you need to set up housekeeping, and the living room has a large flat screen TV. There's a fireplace in the dining room with plenty of room for family fun. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, double on bottom, single on top. The bonus area has a sofa bed, so there are comfortable beds for up to 9 people. Although the Santa Fe is not quite as elegant as the Colorado or the Llano, you couldn't ask for a more perfect lake house.

Of course we furnish all the amenities you would expect at the finest resort, hair dryers in the bathrooms, soap, shampoo, etc. The house has over a hundred feet of waterfront, with a large lush lawn on the lake side. You just can't go wrong spending your vacation in the Santa Fe.
