All the Villas at Rio Vista have Views of Beautiful Lake LBJ
The
Villas at Rio Vista always receive rave reviews. Each villa is tastefully and
uniquely decorated in its own special theme, with delightful surprises
throughout, such as comfortable glider rocking chairs, crystal chandeliers, wall
sconces and many unique decorator items. All the furnishings are beautiful and
comfortable.
One or two bedroom units with sofa
beds
The Texas, the Arizona, the Alsace and the Pennsylvania
These
units built in 2000 can be rented as one or two bedroom villas. They are located
about 200 feet from the open waters of fabulous, constant level lake LBJ.
Downstairs they each have a large bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, a full
kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, a comfortable chair, and a dining area.
Best of all, they all have porches with a bistro set and a view of beautiful
Lake LBJ. If rented as two bedroom units, the upstairs has another large bedroom
and full bath. There is also a balcony off the upstairs bedroom. All the villas
at Rio Vista have the amenities you would expect in a first quality resort,
including hair dryers, dishwashers, full-size refrigerators and ovens. Of course
linens and basic kitchen supplies are provided. Rates are
listed below.
The Texas has a ranch feel with a
mirror in the shape of the state, cowboy boots and other Texas decorator items.
Since we are deep in the heart of Texas, this unit is probably the most
authentic.
The Arizona has a
Southwestern theme complete with a dream catcher and a picture of the most
handsome Native American Warrior you've ever seen.
The Alsace has a French Country theme with light
colors, lots of flowers and a light, airy feel.
The Pennsylvania has a rich Northeastern decor. It
has a comfortable feel and is one of our most popular units.
Two bedroom units
The Sweden, the Spain, the Louisiana and the Oklahoma
These
units built in 2001 have two queen bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, a bar
with barstools, a dining area and a comfortable living area. All have patios
with magnificent lake views. They are all located about 200 feet from open
waterfront. Like the other villas, all have linens, kitchen supplies and the
amenities you would expect in the finest resort, including hair dryers,
dishwashers, full refrigerators and ovens. Rates are
listed below.
The Sweden has a light and airy
Scandinavian theme, complete with an authentic reindeer skin hung on the wall.
The colors used most in this unit are light blue and pale yellow. You're sure to
smile when you see the Sweden.
The Spain has the most beautiful
downstairs bedroom you've ever seen, complete with deep red walls. The living
room has vinyl furniture and rich colors. This unit may have the most
beautiful lake view, although some would argue that point since all the villas
have wonderful views.
The Louisiana is next with a fun
New Orleans type decor, complete with pictures of magnolias and a Bourbon Street
wall border. The colors are bright and bold, especially the bright blue kitchen
counter and the blue microwave.
The Oklahoma completes this group
with a Southwestern Theme. It has coyote barstools at the kitchen bar and a
metal headboard depicting a cowboy roping a horse in the downstairs bedroom.
This is another fun unit.
Three bedroom units
The Italy and the Virginia
The
Italy and the Virginia also built in 2001, have three bedrooms, two with queen
beds and one with two sets of trundle beds. This third bedroom sleeps four
people in comfortable single beds. They also have two baths, a full kitchen, a
bar with barstools, dining and living areas, and a patio with that same
fabulous lake view. They are also located about 200 feet from Lake LBJ, and like
the other villas, they have linens, kitchen supplies and the amenities you would
expect in the finest rental units, including hair dryers, dishwashers, full
refrigerators and ovens. Rates are
listed below.
The Italy is a three bedroom, two bath
unit with a real old world feel. It has crystal chandeliers, powerful artwork on
the walls, comfortable furniture and rich colors. You have to love this unit.
The Virginia is more traditional with
muted colors and a very comfortable feel. Anyone could make the Virginia their
home for life.
We regret that, except for the Guadalupe and the Rio Grande, we cannot accommodate pets in our houses or villas, and the insides of all of our properties are non-smoking, although all houses and villas have porches or decks outside which provide a comfortable area for smokers.
Rental rates for 2 people in any of the one bedroom villas are as follows:
June (after Memorial Day until July 1st) - $175 per night on weekends and $140 per night weekdays
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, and all of July (except July 4th weekend) - $200 per night on weekends and $155 per night weekdays
July 4th Weekend - $225 per night
August (August 1st until Labor Day weekend) - $175 per night on weekends and $140 per night weekdays
Winter (after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend) -$135 per night on weekends and $105 per night weekdays
Rental rates for 4 people in any of the two bedroom villas are as follows:
June (after Memorial Day until July 1st) - $240 per night on weekends and $185 per night weekdays
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, and all of July (except July 4th weekend) - $270 per night on weekends and $200 per night weekdays
July 4th Weekend - $285 per night
August (August 1st until Labor Day weekend) - $240 per night on weekends and $185 per night weekdays
Winter (after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend) -$185 per night on weekends and $150 per night weekdays
Rental rates for 6 people in any of the three bedroom villas are as follows:
June (after Memorial Day until July 1st) - $305 per night on weekends and $250 per night weekdays
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, and all of July (except July 4th weekend) - $350 per night on weekends and $295 per night weekdays
July 4th Weekend - $385 per night
August (August 1st until Labor Day weekend) - $305 per night on weekends and $250 per night weekdays
Winter (after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend) -$230 per night on weekends and $185 per night weekdays
Add $15 per adult and $7.50 per child per night for more than 6 people
Cancellation Policy: for nightly rentals, there will be no charge for any cancellation made at least 30 days in advance. However, there will be a 25% charge for cancellations made between 10 and 30 days before the reservation date, 50% charge for cancellations made between 5 and 10 days before the reservation date, and 100% charge for cancellations made with less than 5 days notice.
