The Colorado Watefront Lake House
As so many people requested, we have converted the owner's house from a private residence to a wonderful lake house available for rent. The Colorado has four bedrooms and three baths. There is comfortable sleeping for 16 people, and as you can see the view is incredible. The Colorado is located right in the heart of the resort with easy access to all the amenities, swimming pool, boat docks, playground, pool table, etc.
The
kitchen is large, with modern, upscale appliances and a great lake
view. The kitchen comes complete with an oversized refrigerator, a full oven,
trash compactor and
dishwasher and everything you need to move in and enjoy. There is also a
washer/dryer
set in the laundry room. In the great room, there is a huge dining
table which easily seats 10 to 12 people.
There are
four or five bedrooms. In one loft there is a bedroom with a private bath, a
king bed, a futon, a love seat and a private balcony with the best view on Lake
LBJ. In the other loft there is a bedroom with a king bed and a single bed. This
room is also large and lovely. The master suite has a king bed and a futon in an
extremely large room. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. It is
not quite as large, but it is lovely. There is also a futon in the living room.
That makes beds for 16 people in this very large, beautiful house it an
eclectic, Southwest decor.
In the
living section of the great room, you will find seventeen foot ceilings, huge windows
overlooking the lake, and a stone fireplace.
There is a large sofa, a futon and plenty of chairs. The back of the house opens on to the large,
private porch with
comfortable seating and an outside dining table. This porch has a beautiful lake view
which you can't help but love!

The Llano Waterfront Lake House
And then there's the Llano - here you see the view on a peaceful afternoon from the porch of the Llano Lake House. This house provides a great deal of privacy, but it is located adjacent to all of the resort amenities: heated swimming pool, recreation room, boat lifts, fishing pier, etc. The Llano has a large porch and a lush lawn leading to the dock and the lake. It is the perfect combination for family enjoyment.
The
kitchen is large, with modern, upscale Kitchen Aide appliances and a great lake
view. The kitchen comes complete with an oversized refrigerator, a full oven and
dishwasher and everything you need to move in and enjoy. There is also a bistro
set in the kitchen overlooking the lake. In the great room, there is a huge dining
table which easily seats 12 people.
There
are three bedrooms. In the master wing, there is a large bedroom with a king
size bed and a futon. There is also a large, private bath. Of course, all of the
baths have hair dryers and amenities such as shampoo and soap. The other two
bedrooms have queen beds and there is another full bath in this wing. With the
sofa bed in the living room, there are comfortable beds for ten people in this
large, beautiful house with its attractive Southwestern decor.
In the
living section of the great room, you will find cathedral ceilings, french
doors, plenty of windows facing the lake, and a wonderful, stone fireplace.
There are two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Skylights complete the
comfortable and airy atmosphere. One set of french doors serve as the main
entrance from the street, but the other set opens on to the large porch with
swing, outside dining table and several chairs. This porch has the most
beautiful lake view you will ever see. You can't help but love this house!

We regret that, except for the Guadalupe and the Rio Grande, we cannot accommodate pets in our houses or villas, and the insides of all of our properties are non-smoking, although all houses and villas have porches or decks outside which provide a comfortable area for smokers.
Our Colorado Lake House sleeps 16 people in beds. Rental rates for 14 people are:
June (after Memorial Day until July 1st) - $750 per night on weekends and $625 per night weekdays
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, and all of July (except July 4th weekend) - $840 per night on weekends and $720 per night weekdays
July 4th Weekend - $920 per night
August (August 1st until Labor Day weekend) - $750 per night on weekends and $625 per night weekdays
Winter (after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend) -$570 per night on weekends and $480 per night weekdays
Our Llano Lake House sleeps up to 10 people in beds. Rental rates for 8 people are:
June (after Memorial Day until July 1st) - $460 per night on weekends and $390 per night weekdays
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, and all of July (except July 4th weekend) - $520 per night on weekends and $450 per night weekdays
July 4th Weekend - $575 per night
August (August 1st until Labor Day weekend) - $460 per night on weekends and $390 per night weekdays
Winter (after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend) -$355 per night on weekends and $300 per night weekdays
Add $20 per adult and $10 per child per night for extra people.
Cancellation Policy: For all rentals, there will be a 10% non-refundable deposit due at the time of the reservation. There will be an additional 10% payment due for any unit cancelled with less than 45 days notice. Full payment will be due for any unit cancelled with less than 10 days notice.
