There are two cottages available for rent at Rio Vista Resort, the Guadalupe and the Rio Grande. They are the only two units at Rio Vista that can accommodate pets, they are both located on or very close to the water.
Enjoy the view in the Guadalupe
The
Guadalupe is a beautiful cottage located right on the lakefront at Rio
Vista. It has three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen bed and two smaller
bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a full size futon. The best thing about the Guadalupe is the view.
It has a large deck with a spectacular view of the confluence of the Llano and
Colorado rivers. The furnishings are light and airy with muted yellows and pale
blues. It comes complete with everything you would expect in a lake house: bed
linens and towels, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, hairdryers, etc. As you
can see from the photos, you can't get any closer to the lake without getting
wet. It is a comfortable house with a gorgeous view. The Guadalupe and the Rio
Grande are the only two units at Rio Vista that can accommodate small pets.

Bring your pet to the Rio Grande
The Rio Grande is
also a very nice two-bedroom, two bath cottage with a bonus sitting room. It is
close to the water with a large front porch and a beautiful lake view. It is
furnished tastefully as
are all
of the facilities at Rio Vista. It has bold, green carpeting in the living room,
with dusty yellow and beige furnishings and walls. There are three sleeping
areas. The master bedroom with a queen bed, the second bedroom with a queen
bed, and the bonus room with a full size futon. It also comes complete with
hairdryers, pots and pans, linens, etc. The view of Lake LBJ from the Rio Grande
is second only to the view from the Guadalupe. You'll love this house.

We are pleased to inform you that in the Guadalupe and the Rio Grande, we can accommodate small, well-trained pets, and the insides of our cottages, like all of our properties are non-smoking. All houses, cottages and villas have porches or decks outside which provide a comfortable area for smokers.
Rental rates for 5 or 6 people in the Guadalupe are as follows:
June (after Memorial Day until July 1st) - $305 per night on weekends and $250 per night weekdays
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, and all of July (except July 4th weekend) - $350 per night on weekends and $295 per night weekdays
July 4th Weekend - $385 per night
August (August 1st until Labor Day weekend) - $305 per night on weekends and $250 per night weekdays
Winter (after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend) -$230 per night on weekends and $185 per night weekdays
Rental rates for 4 people in the Rio Grande are as follows:
June (after Memorial Day until July 1st) - $240 per night on weekends and $185 per night weekdays
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, and all of July (except July 4th weekend) - $270 per night on weekends and $200 per night weekdays
July 4th Weekend - $285 per night
August (August 1st until Labor Day weekend) - $240 per night on weekends and $185 per night weekdays
Winter (after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend) -$185 per night on weekends and $150 per night weekdays
Add $15 per adult and $7.50 per child per night for extra people.
Cancellation Policy: for nightly rentals, there will be no charge for any cancellation made at least 30 days in advance. However, there will be a 25% charge for cancellations made between 10 and 30 days before the reservation date, 50% charge for cancellations made between 5 and 10 days before the reservation date, and 100% charge for cancellations made with less than 5 days notice.
